Visitor information and assistance for your Antelope Canyon experience.
How We Help
Find information about choosing a canyon, preparing for your visit and understanding your tour’s requirements. For a reservation already made with an operator, use the contact details on your confirmation.
Website booking requests require team review. Card authorization is not a confirmed reservation; payments in the preview use test mode.
Managing Your Booking
- Booking confirmation: check your inbox and spam folder for the operator’s email.
- Date changes: check your ticket terms and contact the provider listed on your confirmation.
- Group bookings: review the selected tour’s traveler limits before planning a group visit.
- Accessibility: Upper, Lower and Canyon X have different walking conditions. Check the tour requirements before choosing.
You can visit Manage Booking for booking lookup information.
Cancellations and Refunds
Every tour has its own cancellation policy, shown on the tour page and at checkout. Most tours can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour with Ticket Assurance, or up to 48 hours in advance without it; Lower Prime and Trained Guide tours need 4 days notice, Upper Prime and Canyon X need 5 days, and Upper Entry needs 6 days. Slot canyons can close for safety reasons, including flash-flood risk.
See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more information.
Contact Information
For an existing confirmed booking, contact the operator or provider named on your confirmation. A dedicated website support contact has not yet been configured.
