Our Role as Ticket Provider
We are an independent reseller, not the operator of your canyon tour. Final purchase terms will explain how booking changes and refund requests are handled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Window
The policy for each tour is listed below. Do not assume the deadline shown for one tour applies to another.
- Lower Antelope Canyon Guided Tour: With Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Without Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
- Lower Antelope Canyon Prime Time Entry with Navajo Guide: 4 days notice before scheduled departure is required for rescheduling, cancellation, or a refund.
- Lower Antelope Canyon Hiking Tour: With Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Without Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
- Award-Winning Lower Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend Tour: With Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Without Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
- Upper Antelope Canyon Entry Ticket and Guided Tour: 6 days notice before scheduled departure is required for rescheduling, cancellation, or a refund.
- Upper Antelope Canyon Prime Time Entry with Navajo Guide: 5 days notice before scheduled departure is required for rescheduling, cancellation, or a refund.
- Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend Guided Day Tour From Las Vegas: With Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Without Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
- Antelope Canyon X Admission Ticket With Navajo Guide: 5 days notice before scheduled departure is required for rescheduling, cancellation, or a refund.
- Lake Powell Guided Kayaking & Water Antelope Canyon Hiking Tour: With Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Without Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
- Horseshoe Bend & Tower Butte Landing Helicopter Tour From Page: With Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Without Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
- Secret Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend Overlook Guided Tour: With Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Without Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
- Lower Antelope Canyon Tour with Trained Navajo Guide: 4 days notice before scheduled departure is required for rescheduling, cancellation, or a refund.
When Refunds May Be Available
If an operator cancels your departure, including for weather or safety reasons, available options will depend on the ticket terms and applicable law. These may include a different departure or a refund.
Contact support about a verified ticket or delivery issue so it can be reviewed under the applicable purchase terms.
When Refunds May Not Be Available
Operator terms may limit refunds for late arrival, missed departures, changes to personal travel plans or requests after a cancellation deadline. Review those conditions before purchasing.
Safety and access restrictions are tour-specific. Confirm traveler suitability and required arrival details before your visit.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
When booking services become available, the final policy will explain the request process. For an existing operator reservation, use the contact information on your confirmation.
- Have your booking reference ready.
- Use the email associated with the reservation.
- Include the tour name, scheduled date and departure time.
- Explain the change or issue you need help with.
Our Commitment to Fair Review
Eligibility will be assessed against the conditions agreed at purchase and applicable law. Processing times and the method of any approved refund will be described in the final policy; this draft does not promise a refund or processing deadline.
